If you have been waiting for "CheckFlexLmLicenses" to complete for minutes rather than seconds ask an admin to try the following:
- Set web config "IgnoreFlexLmCacheAndEnvVar" app setting value to true. Checks only one FlexLm license server.
- Set web config "CheckReadLegLicensesOnStartup" app setting to false. Upload page loses the ability to reject inputs data with no licensed CADverter read.
